26/04/2006 - Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit. -- Isaiah 27:6 -

22/02/2004 - - I am prouder of Israel’s International Cooperation program and of the technical aid we give to the people of Africa than I am of any other single project we have undertaken. For me, more than anything else, that program typifies the drive toward social justice, reconstruction and rehabilitation that is at the very heart of labor Zionism - and Judaism (Golda Meir, My Life, 1975).

20/06/2006 - - “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” ~ Anne Frank

09/03/2004 - - "The World is not changed by the mighty shoves of the heros, but by the tiny pushes of each honest person...Helen Keller"

07/11/2004 - - “The State of Israel will not be tried by its riches, army or techniques, but by its moral image and human values." David Ben Gurion

05/04/2004 - - "Some people see things as they are and ask why. I dream of things that never were and ask why not." (Bernard Shaw)

04/04/2004 - - “We women of the world must participate in the necessary war – not against men – but against poverty, ignorance, inequality and injustice. We women are not better than our men, but we are too good for our own countries and the world to do without our active participation in the struggle for peace and development.” (Golda Meir, speaking at an International Seminar)
