Organize humanitarian projects such as food drives and other social initiatives for old aged needy people in Israel. International involvement: set up a summer camp in Macedonia during the Kosovo crisis for the refugee children, where the volunteers stayed in the camp and activated the children with original programs. They were acknowledged by Mrs Hilary Clinton and International organizations.

The Activity in the Village of Arab-El-Naim
Kibbutz Eshbal is a new Kibbutz in the Western Galilee located in the center of the Regional Council of Misgav. 40 graduates of the qualification path of the Noar Haoved Vehalomed founded the Kibbutz in 1998. The members of the Kibbutz decided to live their lives in accordance with the credo of taking responsibility for the surrounding community in particular, and Israeli society in general, by tightening relationships, co-operation, and social solidarity.
