Israel – Egypt Technical Assistance Program Dairy and Milk Workshop

During July 2005, Israel and Egypt renewed their "Joint Agricultural Committee" with the first workshop on "Dairy Management and Milk Processing" held at the Agricultural Complex in Beit Dagan, Israel.

About 16 participants attended from different parts of Egypt. The program included professional lectures presentations and group discussions, field visits to various dairy, Sheep and Goat projects in different parts in Israel.

In the closing ceremony the representative of the Embassy of Egypt in Israel, MASHAV, the Japan Aid Agency (JICA), Director of CINADCO and the professional staff of the department of Research and Development (R&D).

The program was conducted by the "Center for International Agricultural Development Cooperation" (CINADCO) Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The program was held jointly under the umbrella of MASHAV, CINADCO and the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of Egypt.
